Every request begins with a quiet, careful assessment: ski level, age, spoken language, personality, the tone of the stay, and any specific request: off-piste, performance coaching, a family group, or a discreet private itinerary. Only once this profile is complete do we select from our network of experienced, vetted private ski instructors in Val d'Isère and Tignes.

Val d'Isère Ski Instructors was founded in 2010 by Julien Limon and Alessandro Benedetti — both working ski instructors who kept seeing the same problem from opposite sides: client requests that ski schools weren't always able to match with the right instructor.
So they built their own structure to solve it properly. Julien Limon has been a ski instructor in Val d'Isère for 26 years, and has directed the agency since it began.
