The foundation, taught properly
Alpine skiing is where most guests start, and where the difference between an ordinary lesson and a well-matched one shows most clearly. A guest stuck on the same plateau for years may simply need someone who explains things differently — and that is exactly what matching is for.
The Val d’Isère–Tignes ski area gives you plenty of room to progress: wide, varied terrain at every level, so a week of lessons can build from one day to the next rather than simply repeat.

What to know before you go
Lessons are arranged around your dates once your instructor is confirmed — half-day, full-day or multi-day formats are all possible. Your instructor adapts each day to your progress, taking you further across the Val d’Isère–Tignes ski area as your skiing develops.

Can I request a specific instructor?
Yes — if you've skied with someone from our network before, mention their name in your enquiry and we'll check their availability first.
How does the matching process actually work?
You tell us your level, dates, group and what matters to you. We select the instructor from our network who best fits your request, check their availability, then come back to you with a proposal and put you in touch once your booking is confirmed.
What if my group has mixed levels?
Tell us the full range. We can arrange one instructor experienced in mixed-level teaching, or coordinate separate instructors so the group can spend as much of the day together as possible.
