We consult our network
We review our vetted instructors across Val d'Isère, Tignes and the Espace Killy, and shortlist against your exact profile — never by availability alone.
We confirm your match
You receive your instructor's profile and a direct point of contact. If anything doesn't feel right, we adjust before the first lesson.
You're supported throughout your stay
Our team remains reachable from your first enquiry to your final run.
A concierge beyond skiing
Every instructor works within the same concierge structure — so whoever you're matched with, the details around the lesson can be arranged just the same: a table at a mountain or evening restaurant, equipment and transfers, or further activities such as dog sledding, karting and ice skating. Wellness care — massage, osteopathy — can be coordinated the same way.

Questions before you begin
How does the matching process actually work?
You describe your level, dates, group and what matters to you. We select an instructor from our network based on that profile, then confirm them directly with you — never by checking who's simply free.
What if my group has mixed levels?
Tell us the full range. We can arrange one instructor experienced in mixed-level teaching, or coordinate separate instructors so the group can still start and finish the day together.
Do you only cover Val d’Isère?
Our network covers Val d'Isère, Tignes, and the Tarentaise valley more broadly.
Can you help with accommodation too?
Yes. Alongside your instructor, we can help you choose the right chalet, apartment or hotel for your stay, matched to your group and preferences.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Written cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale: 90% with 8 or more weeks' notice, 50% between 8 weeks and 21 days, and no refund within 21 days of the start date. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
