Off-Piste & Freeride

The everyday heart of off-piste — powder, trees, and committing terrain, taught properly.

From a first supervised powder session to structured freeride progression on committing terrain — the everyday heart of this discipline, taught by instructors who know the Espace Killy's off-piste terrain intimately.

Off-piste and freeride is not a single level or a single type of day — it covers everything from a first cautious run just past the pistes to committing lines that call for real experience in variable snow. Your instructor adjusts the terrain to match where you actually are, not where you’d like to be, and builds from there session by session.

Safety comes first: avalanche awareness, terrain choice and group management are part of every outing, not an add-on. Beyond that, what makes off-piste and freeride so rewarding here is the terrain itself — the Espace Killy offers an exceptional range of off-piste access, much of it reachable directly from the lifts.
